On Friday, April 3, 2020, the Small Business Administration (SBA) released an FAQ regarding the participation of faith-based loans in both its Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDL). The FAQ confirms that faith-based organizations, including churches, are eligible to participate in the programs without sacrificing their religious freedom rights.
