We’ve all heard the statement, “Leadership is influence.” Like it or not, it’s true. As one of the spiritual gifts (Romans 12:8), leadership is about influencing people, teams and entire churches toward a God-inspired vision.

In fact, as you will see, the motive behind many of these strategies is not to build influence. Instead, increased influence is the natural byproduct of these strategies.
