Dr. Elizabeth D. Rios has been in ministry in various roles for over 27 years and is an established faith-based leader and author. She is the founder of the Passion Center, a non-traditional faith community established to reach out to people on the fringes. She is a D.Min. student at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.
